Wake On Lan (Over Wi-Fi)?

Hi,
I’m pretty sure the answer is no, but just wanted to double check…

Is it possible to wake a sleeping MacBook Pro (Mountain Lion) using the squeeze box over wi-fi - and not when the computer is connected via Ethernet cable?
