Squeezeplayer use in LMS

Help! I must have a mental block......

I want to use SqueezePlayer in LMS as a choice of player, along with all of my hardware players.

SQPlay does not appear in the web control LMS UNLESS I start it/open it first; then it shows up. Disappears when it's turned off and only returns if I start it from the desktop icon, etc.

I thought that in a previous version of LMS/SPlayer on my XP computer that I had had this provision...?? What have I done wrong?
