I am having the strangest problem ever with my LMS. At least I'm assuming that its a server issue since it's happening both on my SB Receiver and the SB Touch. The easiest way to understand the problem is by just watching it happen so I've made a short screencast which you can find here. But I'll also try to describe it:
I'm using Spicefly Sugarcube to automatically select the next song once the last song in the playlist is starting to play. (However, this is not a problem of Sugarcube, it also happens with SmartMix, which also adds tracks to the playlist automatically. Apparently it does not happen with the native "Random Mix" plugin). So whenever the last song is being played and Sugarcube has selected the next song, the currently playing song jumps to the top of the playlist. Sometimes (as in the screencast) it brings along the newly selected next song so that the previously played song ends up at the end, but sometimes only the currently playing song jumps up so that the previous song ends up second and the newly selected next song is at the end of the list.
LMS version is 7.7.3 running on a ReadyNAS Ultra 2. I have tried restarting LMS as well as the whole device but to no avail. I have also uninstalled the Dynamic Playlist and Custom Skip plugins (since they obviously have something to do with playlists...), but - as expected - that did not change anything.
You might also be wondering whether I made any changes before this issue occurred. Unfortunately, the answer is no. Yesterday, everything was working find. Today the problem exists. I might add that I've experience this a couple of times in the past, but then it was resolved by restarting LMS or the NAS (cant remember whether the latter was necessary). But this time it seems the issue is here to stay and I'd appreciate any help in finding the source of the problem.
