Using mutiple entries in "Separator for Multiple Items in Tags"

Hello,

I generally use MusicBrainz for tagging. Their classical tagging style guide outlines that the "album artist" tag should have a list of composers separated by commas, then a semi-colon and then a list of performers separated by commas (http://wiki.musicbrainz.org/Style/Cl...Release/Artist).

This is the typical kind of tag that you end up with:

"Antonín Dvořák, Bohuslav Martinů; Paavo Järvi, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra"

I'm trying to work out how to deal with this in LMS. In my mind, the ideal behaviour would be that LMS splits this into the four separate artists:

"Antonín Dvořák"
"Bohuslav Martinů"
"Paavo Järvi"
"Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra"

I thought that this was impossible, due to the mixture of commas and semicolons, but I read today on an old forum post that more than one entry is permitted in the "Separator for Multiple Items in Tags" setting. However, I'm now getting some strange results.

With the "Separator for Multiple Items in Tags" set to "; ," LMS splits the tag up into five separate artists as follows:

"Antonín Dvořák"
"Antonín Dvořák, Bohuslav Martinů"
"Paavo Järvi, Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra"
"Bohuslav Martinů, Paavo Järvi"
"Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra"

Quite honestly this does not look like the intended behaviour. Should I report this as a bug (where do I do this)? Can anyone else replicate this behaviour for me?

If anyone could give me a start on where in the source this splitting is done then I'm more than happy to take a look at the code

Thanks! Jack.
