I have been using LMS on my PC for a few years and the Logitech controller has always displayed my iTunes playlists. What I am trying to do is move LMS onto a WD My Cloud 4Tb so that the system is no longer dependent on the PC.
Everything seems to be working fine except that no matter what I do the playlist folder remains empty. The sequence of events I have followed for installation is as follows:
1. Open the WD My Cloud Dashboard and install the App entitled SqueezeCenter.
2. I select Configure App and this links to the mysqueezebox.com login page.
3. After logging in I am invited to select the folder where my music is stored on the WD My Cloud - I select the Folder marked iTunes Music.
4. I am then invited to select the folder where my playlists are stored on the WD My Cloud - I select the Folder marked iTunes (because I want to use only the iTunes playlists).
5. The LMS Home Page is then displayed showing that rescanning of the media library has already started - I select Settings and abort the scan.
6. I select the Plugins Tab and install the iTunes Plugin. LMS is restarted.
7. I select the iTunes Tab, tick the box marked Use iTunes and enter the location of the iTunes Music Library.xml file.
8. I select the Basic Settings tab, clear the library and rescan everything.
9. The scan result shows that 21 items were successfully imported from the iTunes Playlist, however the LMS Playlist folder remains empty - following screenshots refer.

Aside from the Playlist problem there is another issue because the version of LMS installed via the SqueezeCenter App is 7.7.2. The footnote in the above screenshot shows that a later version is available, however there does not seem to be any means of updating LMS installed on a WD My Cloud device other than via the SqeezeCenter App. The latter is at Version 1.03 - following screenshot refers.

These issues are really bugging me - any help/guidance will be very much appreciated.
