Help Please, with missing perl module

LMS 7.8 (also tried 7.6 and 7.5)
Yosemite

Already repaired permissions and did a clean uninstall-reboot-re-install many times.

I'm getting an error on the command line that it says I should never get on OSX. I'm also not able to enter information into the preference pane, like account name or library name.

I've been working on this for weeks, reading every forum post I can find. Thanks for any help you can give me.

The error I'm getting when running slimserver.pl from the command line is:

SesameSeed:server ltracy$ ./slimserver.pl

If 7.8 is outdated by the time you read this, Replace "7.8" with the major version
