LMS stops working after a time, and getting it going again if unpredictable

Mt LMS runs on a Windows Home Server 2011 machine that is configured so that I don't use any of the WHS stuff, its just a windows 2003 server with a few missing bits. It runs smoothly 24/7 running home automation, backup and so on. It also runs my LMS but in recent months I've had to restart the LMS almost daily as it stops responding. Killing it via the task manager is the only option that works, and then I restart via the LMS control panel. My standard test at that point is to see if the LMS http server is running, and often it takes several re-starts to get things going. Sometimes it just won't play at all, and I have to re-install. I've been downloading nightly builds to do this. the only add ons I use are Triodes IPlayer, and the ickStream and Tidal stuff.

Anyone have ANY ideas?
