Hi Everyone,
I hope someone here can help me with this problem as I have run out of ideas.
I have LMS 7.8 (now 7.8.1 nightly after a troubleshooting reinstall) running on a Max2Play distribution on a raspberry pi 2.
Yesterday I tried to access my LMS via the official squeezebox app on my HTC One M8 phone (like I have done for the last 4 weeks or so without issue (when I got the phone)) and it failed to pull up the list of receivers, the gui was stuffed up with things in the wrong places. After restarting my phone, it does not bring up the app gui at all but gets stuck on the "Free your music" splash screen. My phone can talk to my rpi2 okay as my Kodi remote on my phone can control my Kodi media server on the same server no problem. Another phone (Galaxy S3) can use the squeezebox app with no issues at all, so its something to do with my phone...
The things I have tried are:
At this point I'm stuck and short of resetting my phone (which I do not want to do) I am out of ideas.
Has anyone come across this before or have any other ideas?
Thanks in advance

Another phone (Galaxy S3) can use the squeezebox app with no issues at all, so its something to do with my phone...
The things I have tried are:
- Restart my phone
- Restart my raspberry pi
- Cleared the cache and data from the squeezebox app on my phone (several times)
- Uninstall and reinstall the squeezebox app on my phone (several times)
- Reinstall LMS (tried 7.8.1 nightly which I am now running)
- Changed the IP address on my phone
- Rebooted my router
- Updated Max2Play (didn't expect this to help, but it was asking to be updated)
- tried 3 other free squeezebox remote apps on my phone and none of them can connect either!
- looked at the server.log, and there is nothing obviously wrong there. There is a message "Slim::Plugin::CLI::Plugin::cli_socket_open (166) Can't setup the listening port 9090: Address already in use" and I did wonder if this had something to do with it, however looking back a the logs it looks like it has always been there, plus the other phone still works
- setting the Server (general server info) log to debug. There does not seem to be anything logged on a failed attempt to connect.
At this point I'm stuck and short of resetting my phone (which I do not want to do) I am out of ideas.
Has anyone come across this before or have any other ideas?
Thanks in advance
