For a few days now, I suddenly get "can't locate perl514.dll. Make sure the ActivePerl bin directory is in your path" errors.
LMS has been running fine for years until now (win8.1 64 bit).
I only get the error when logging in as user. When logging in as administrator, LMS starts without problems.
I have checked the Users\...\appdata\local\temp directory: there are quite a few pdk-* dirs there, alle containing the perl514.dll!
It seems a new directory is made every new start.
Reinstalling LMS did not solve this problem.
Rolling back the system with system restore solves the problem, but only for a few days. Possibly until a conflicting update is installed again, or maybe for another reason.
I really don't know what may have changed in my system causing this new error. Desperately seeking for a solution, but don't know where to look
Hope someone here may be able to help
Thanks
