Looking for Logitech Media Server 'App' for Android?

I would like to be able to stream music stored on my android phone to my Squeezebox Boom.

I have searched online but cannot find any app that will allow me to do this. I wonder if anyone knows of an app - even if it is just Beta - that I can install on my phone and then play the music on my Squeezebox?
