I fixed a server-side bug in the update checker a few days ago, which
unfortunately exposed another bug in turn. That other bug would tell a
7.8.0 build to update to 7.8.1. Yes, that's wrong. If you don't want to
install the 7.8.1 nightly, you'll have to delete it from the
cache/updates folder. (and that problem should be resolved by now)
