Moving LMS from Windows to Linux

Go to Settings/Information to see where your prefs are stored. Then copy
the server.prefs and the plugin subfolder to the new location. EDIT the
server.prefs file before using it for the first time:

- remove the server_uuid value
- remove any value which has a path, such as mediadirs, playlistdir etc.

Do this while LMS is not running.

Some plugins are OS specific. Not all of them are available on Windows
and on Linux (though I guess chances are they are available on Linux,
but not on Windows).
