Save Settings

I've been getting used again to having music all around the house since we got a more reliable internet connection here. We've gone form a very shaky sub 1Mb connection to fibre optic!

So, I've been re-aquainting myself with LMS and especially the 'settings' part via the PC showing the various plugins. I obviously got a bit too 'experimental and ended up having to uninstall LMS and reinstall - so far, so normal. After the reinstallation I found myself having to set up all my plugins again, ticking the ones I wanted and adding a repository to gain access to some other good ones (like iPlayer Radio!). My question is this:

Is there a way to backup these settings - are they held in a single file/various files somewhere on my local PC?
