Switch Radio back to mysqueezebox.com via LMS web interface?

That pulldown never was meant to _send_ a player from LMS to mysb.com.
It's always been pull only (connect the player from mysb.com to your
local LMS).

I think there are smartphone apps which can do this for you, if you
don't want to walk to the player.
