Duplicate Songs

Hi,

I'm on a Mac mini running 10.6.8 and the LMS 7.8.1. This is a fresh setup machine with just
one Music folder and no external drives. I have just the Music folder specified in the server
and have cleared the cache, rescanned and rebooted a number of times but
I always end up with at least 1 duplicate file for every song in the folder.

I say at least 1 duplicate because I originally was running LMS 7.7.1 and had 3 files
for every song in the folder.

Really appreciate any ideas on what's happening or a fix!
