LMS Control Panel will no let me change email password insists must run as administor

Experienced user from many years ago, want to reconnect to LMS. I have been connected many yrs. ago, but now I cannot connect. I am using mew HP laptop with Original Squeezebox Radio on a secure wifi connection. Everything else works fine, radio stations stream, Pandora works, Iphone for remote. Have downloaded LMS 7.5.5 ver. Computer recognizes player, music shows in library etc.etc. But, it will not allow me to enter my email or password that I have for mysqueezebox.com or Logitech.com.. Sometimes an old email & password will be filled in other times blank. But I am not able to enter new ones. Have DLed 7.5.5 again and again, and removed unsuccessful DLs. But I repeatedly receive the " Don't have privleges to install start/stop LMS, start control panel from Start Menu and "Run as Administrator"

Can you Geniuses please help ( I'm not being as wise guy ) help me????:mad::confused::(
