Chromecast Bridge plugin has disappeared and LMS wants to restart continuously

Yes, that's exactly the kind of problem I was referring to. I don't know
why this only has come up recently, or how I missed it for years, as eg.
Triode's Spotify plugin suffers from the same "issue". The prompt to
restart LMS would be shown immediately. LMS doesn't wait for the plugin
to be downloaded. I'll have to look into this.
