Weird order in "All Artists"

Hey Squeezebox-fans, I have a question for you.

I have a Squeezebox Duet working in perfect order, which talks to a Logitech Media Server on an RPi 2B, running 7.9.0 - 1461959934 (the latest one). The music is on a separate NAS in the network. Everything works fine, I can stream my music at a lovely quality, the Spotify-integration works flawless and the LMS is waaaaaaaay quicker than when it ran on my Qnap TS-209 Pro :p
However, there's only one, single but. If I go to the sections "All Artists" or "Album Artists", the artist Billy Joel is between the J and K artists, but Black Sabbath, Brit Floyd and others are where they should be, between the A and C. I already nuked all data in the .flac files and then reinserted it with MediaMonkey, let the LMS search again for new music twice (both times just rescan everything, not searching for different/new files), Billy remains stuck between the J and K. I can't wrap my head around it... Is it some kind of bug? If you need any logs, I'll happily give them to you!

I'll appreciate any help/reactions :)

Edit: I just realised, after typing this, that, if you look at Joel's surname, it actually IS at the right location. However, the LMS only sorted Billy Joel on his surname; artists like Jeff Wayne and Roger Waters are sorted on their forename.
