Songs fail to playback - only in LMS

I have a few dozen songs out of 22,000 that fail to playback in LMS. They work fine iTunes, but when cued up on a Squeezebox or directly in LMS, they won't play. They are all 16/44 ALAC files, as are most of the rest of my library. When I check the files inLMS, the file format shows at an odd "2k vbs."

Deleting the files from iTunes, reimporting, and then rescanning LMS didn't help, nor did Clear and rescan all.

Thoughts and ideas appreciated. I just bought tune-up in the hopes that it might help.
