Songs with special characters in 7.6.2 or 7.7.2 not included in playlists

Hello,

I'm having issues with songs in playlists with special characters (specifically �) in either version 7.6.2 or 7.7.2. The last time I believe my playlists worked properly was in 7.5.4. Has anything material changed or is this a common fix for this?

I manage library and playlists through MediaMonkey (on Windows 7) and I'm I'm running LMS on Windows HomeServer 2011.
