Hello,
I can stream to my squeezebox radio, flac/mp3, but NOT ALAC files, in which the squeezebox server is the dlna client, from my NAS native audio server, using a NAS supplied audio controller app. Squeezebox radio rejects apple lossless files. Does anyone know if this is a limitation of DLNA server/client module part of the squeezebox server or a problem of the synology OS?
I can stream mp3 and flac files. When I try and send alac files the squeezebox radio is unable to play complaining that filetype is invalid.
These ALAC files play fine on the radio when played normally on the squeezebox radio through the squeezebox server.
Files were ripped from CD on a mac using latest version of XLD.
I am running squeezebox server 7.7.2 on a synology ds412+.
Thanks in advance!
