Qnap bad day!

Migrated from QNAP 112p to TS251A. Firmware now 4.2.3
All went well and I can see all files on Qnap but now I cannot use Surveillance station or Logitech Media Server.

• Surveillance station - It just does not open. Just stays on opening background screen. http://192.168.0.22:8080/cgi-bin/surveillance/
• Logitech Media Server. double click to open and get: http://192.168.0.22:9001/

I'm using a chrome - but did not work on Firefox or Explorer
