LMS 7.9 doesn't start anymore

Hi all,

I don't know why but with the last LMS version (7.9.0 r1487582706) the server doesn't start anymore. Nor automatically (like it used to) nor manually (even with admin rights).

It worked perfectly fine just a couple of days ago.
I'm on Win 7 64b.

Any suggestion ?
I can't listen any music, it's horrible !! :)

PS : if it can help, here is the diagnostic tab in the LMS control panel :

LMS : stopped
port 3483(slimproto) : failure
port 9000 (http) : failure
port 9090 (cli) : failure

alerts : possible software conflict detected
