Ignoring *.sync-conflict-* files?

Wow! You're even aware of this possibility? It's what I would have
suggested using. Try to make it something like the value you wrote in
the subject line (no need for the * on both ends). "\.sync-conflict-\d+"
would probably make it more restrictive, while still working.
