Plug In Settings Tab not loading

Hi there,

I have a weird issue that has just come up where the plugin tab never loads in Settings. All other tabs are fine. I have tried reloading the server, upgrading to the latest nightly but nothing seems to fix it. I did load LMS without PlugIns and disabled the last 3 plugins I loaded but that didn't fix it either. Any ideas how I can fix it. I am trying to upgrade Smart Mix to 0.99 which I can't do at the moment (I never get the upgraded plugins notification any more).

Any help or pointers would be appreciated
