[Stupid issue] Can't gain access to LMS anylonger due to security tab setting

Log in to your NAS using putty or the like. Shut down LMS. Find the
server.prefs file and remove the following prefs from the file:

filterHosts allowedHosts authorize username

Then restart LMS.
