Spotify playlist slow to appear or timesout on Squeezebox

Hope you can help.

I have Spotify playing through my Boom and Touch via Max2Play / triode plug in.

Spotify works fine but playlist take ages to appear, sometimes they timeout on Squeezebox App on my wife's phone.

This has been going on for while but it's now doing my head in:).

Any suggestions?
