Force 128 kBit/s mp3 for one player only?

One of my players, an old Squeezebox, is located in another location, coupled via VPN. Unfortunately the bandwidth doesn't allow FLAC or PCM.

Can I configure LMS to transcode everything that goes to this player as mp3 128 kBit/s?
