Easiest way to migrate LMS to another hardware server

I had to migrate to another hardware (Windows Server 2012 R2). So I install LMS 7.9.1 but I also want to transfer my configuration , plugins, and alarmsettings etc.
Is there a way to do this?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
