LMS asks to update when server restarts

Install the update :-).

The message shouldn't pop up that often. Once a day? If you don't like
being nagged, turn off update checks (Settings/Advanced/Software
Updates), and delete the downloaded installer from the cache folder (see
Settings/Information).

But really: just install the update.
