Large library scan on NSA325

Hi, I just bought NSA325, and would like to run my squeezeboxes with it. I have quite large library - cca 450 000 tracks. The problem is the scanning is really fast in ther beginning, but after scanning cca 30000 tracks it makes the NSA325 CPU to 100% and is so slow, that I don't think it's ever going to finish. Is there any fix for this?
