DBI Exception: DBD::SQLite::st execute failed: database disk image is malformed

Found the server in an odd state today - players couldn't connect and the UI said it was still scanning after many hours. The server (windows) had crashed although not at a library rescan time.

The server log has many of these:

So I tried clearing the library for a complete rescan, but the log shows the same error.

What now?
