Perl 5.28, general dpkg update woes, and a new problem with Trackstat?

There are, but x86_64 only.

I try to avoid "exotic" platforms, as they're just ballast for 99+% of
the users. And as you noticed yourself, i386 is becoming exotic. I
usually wait a while after a new Perl has shown up to see what platforms
people are asking for support for it.
