I checked requests coming from your IP address (and they happen to come with a suitable username). I see multiple successful signins, as well as multiple other successful calls. Only after a hand full of successful signins the rate limiter would kick in, as we don't accept an unlimited number of signin calls. But as I said: most requests were successful.
