I recently retired my 5 year old Vista PC and LMS was configured so if I logged off the PC my squeezebox duet systems would still have access to my music library. I have recently changed to a new Dell XPS one with windows 8 and have found the only options on windows 8 are 'sleep', 'shut down' & 'restart'. If I choose the 'sleep' option on windows 8 I cannot use my duet systems to play music. They become disconnected until I log back in to the PC.
Is there any way to configure LMS or the PC to allow the music to be accessible with the windows 8 sleep function? Or is there a way to do the "traditional" logout that I had been using successfully for the last 5 years on my Vista PC? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
