LMS Compilation & AlbumArtist

Hi,

I have read many posts about compilation / albumartist, but I wasn't able to find an answer to my question. So here goes :-)

My music collection (MP3's + M4A's) consists among others of 300+ compilation albums.
Since I have so many I decided to seperate them by albumartist (TPE2 tag), f.i. :

Compilation 00s - Various
Compilation 10s - Various
Compilation 80s - Various
Compilation 90s - Various
etc

If an album is a compilation album the TCMP tag is set to 1 otherwise it's specifically set to 0.

Because I don't want a flood of artists in the Browse Artists window, I use the LMS options :

Group compilation albums together
Treat TPE2 MP3 tag as Album Artist

So far so good, but now all my 300+ albums are grouped under 1 'virtual' artist : Various Artists.
I would like ALL the AlbumArtists to appear in the Browse Artist list.

I did find that whenever a specific AlbumArtist has one or more non-compilation albums together with compilation albums, then the AlbumArtist is listed.
Selecting this AlbumArtist then shows ALL albums.
I'd rather not place pseudo non-compilation albums as a workaround.

So my question : howto list ALL AlbumArtists, even when the TCMP tag is set to 1

EDIT : iTunes does correctly list ALL AlbumArtists
