Would you have the log snippet from last (Sunday) night when this happened?

These all sound like internet connection issues. Is your LMS allowed to
reach the internet? Are you using any security/firewall package which
might block LMS or some of its components (in particular spotty) from
accessing the internet?

There unfortunately is an issue with Spotty on Windows which can block
LMS when Spotty fails to reach the internet.
