Playlists are all empty

I had to rebuild my computer this morning. I've re-installed LMS and scanned my Music Library. All of my albums are present however, even though my saved Playlists show under Playlists, all of them are empty? When I go to the Playlists folder is shows all the playlists files in it. I made a new playlist last week to play tomorrow for Christmas (Christmas 2019) when all the family is here and it shows empty as well.

How do I get my playlists to show the tunes within each one?
