State of AARCH64 support (including popular plugins?)

Things are a bit more complicated: support for a given platform is a
combination of Perl version & CPU architecture. On aarch64 we do have
binaries for Perl versions 5.24, 5.26, and 5.28. If your Ubuntu is
running one of these, then that's already promising.

There's indeed a spotty binary available for aarch64. Feel free to
download and unzip
http://www.herger.net/_data/SpottyAARCH64Bin-0.30.0.zip. Then try to run
the spotty-custom binary from that archive.
