I have recently moved my Logitech Media Server from a ReadyNAS setup to Windows Home Server 2011.
I have installed the correct version of LMS and all is running fine.
Then in the last two days I have DNS issues.
For example:
When trying to use BBC iPlayer: "Couldn't resolve IP address for: www.bbc.co.uk"
In the settings interface: "Bad repository http://www.mysqueezebox.com/public/plugins/logitech.xml - Couldn't resolve IP address for: www.mysqueezebox.com"
In the log: "Couldn't resolve IP address for: post.audioscrobbler.com"
Now DNS on the WHS machine is fine - web browsers etc all working.
I have read elsewhere on this forum: "The strange thing is that LMS has it own DNS resolving and it only checks at start-up then never again"
I have stopped LMS and restarted it again to no avail.
(This issue does not date to the installation on WHS as I can see scrobbled lists on last.fm that have been updated since that time)
Can anyone help me to understand and rectify this?
Thankyou
