This hasn't changed in about a decade... as you can see, when this
message was last edited, Chrome didn't even exist yet! It's certainly
nothing critical. Must be some timing change in Chrome which would hide
that message a bit later than before. I actually only go to see it when
I first loaded the page. On subsequent loads, when most content probably
came out of the browser's cache, I wasn't able to spot the message.
