Mother Earth Radio not playing on Squeezebox Radio

I tried Mother Earth Radio which is a 24 bit 96k ogg flac stream with url
http://icecast3.streamserver24.com:18800/motherearth
it plays OK on a Touch and Squeezeplay but not on a Squeezebox Radio

On the Touch the stream is reported as 128kbps CBR OGG Radio 96kHz 24 bit
On the Radio the stream is reported as 2764kbps CBR OGF Radio

Same issue on LMS 8.0.0 and 7.9.3
