What commands does pCP use

I am trying to find my way round pCP with terminal from my pc. PC is running xenial64 puppy. I can connect to pCP on xenial64 with terminal using using ssh tc@192.168.0.*** .
But what commands can I use, eg list and change directory, what language is it and is there a list of simple commands.
Help appreciated.
