Command line instructions to (re)install LMS 8.2 on Vortexbox V2.5

Unfortunately, whilst attempting to install LMS 8.2, I managed to delete my LMS 8.0. I'm novice level at Linux............

Does anybody have the command line instructions to reinstall LMS 8.2 ? I'm running VB 2.5
