Is it possible to show a fixed picture for a stream without coverart

When i'm playing a radio stream that does not contain cover art i get a universal picture of a transmitting mast. Especially on a touch not really appealing :)

Would it be possible to show/connect a picture of my own choice to this stream? for example when the stream is set as a favorite?
