I have recently tried Deezer and like it. Up to now I ran LMS 7.7.1 on a QNAP 109 NAS streaming only local files and BBC radio. This setup has proved to be reliable.
As I have been enjoying Deezer I wanted to plasy it through my Squeezeox(es) so I had to go to MYSqueezebox.com and hence had to upgrade LMS on my devices to 7.7.2. This was fine and Deezer runs well enough.
I then upgraded LMS on my NAS via SSODS and decided to go up to 7.8 (possibly a mistake). Now when I start either my Duet or Radio, I can see my Deezer app and open it, with the connection achieved apparently via MYSB.COM. The problem is when I wish to switch to my NAS drive library. I can select this and the library switches and plays, however the Deezer app is then "lost" and I cannot see my apps either. Trying to open the app library returns a message advising me to go to MYSB.COM to set up the service.
If I restart the device then Deezer returns, only to disappear again as described above.
Any ideas as to why this happens? TBH I am not sure what MYSB.COM is and I also believe it will be closed down eventually. Does this mean that apps like Deezer will no longer be available on the Duet or the Radio? Or is it possible to run these apps via LMS hosted on my NAS drive?
