LMS installed on different laptop, now Mconnect on iPad doesn’t see Touch

I was running LMS, my iPad, and my Touch devices for years with no trouble, being able to use Mconnect from my iPad to send my local music and Qobuz to them. With an installation done recently on a laptop, I no longer seem to have UPnP/DLNA capability, even though the plugin is there and enabled. I’m sure this is a simple problem, but without access to my old setup I can’t seem to figure it out.
