New PC. LMS cannot find Touch

I've got a new Windows 10 PC. Downloaded LMS 8.2.1. Successfully scanned my music library.
I cannot get LMS to find my SB Touch. The Touch is still finding squeezebox.com OK but won't connect to LMS.
I've checked that my network settings on the new PC are set to private.
I've attached a couple of screenshots and the server log.
Hope someone can help...
