Heya, Thakns for still working on LMS - I've just upgraded my server to Ubuntu 8.20 LTS - and also upgraded LMS from 7.9x to 8.30.
Natuarlly perl issues ensued. Before I resorted to manually compiling perl libraries, I've manually cleared out the CPAN folder in /usr/share/squeezeboxserver/.
Apparently, upgrading just adds new folders and never clears out other stuff. Maybe this can be considered when installing over existing packages...?
Once I removed the CPAN folder and reinstalled the .deb package it was smooth sailing!
