Logitech Media Server Issue on Windows 10 x64

Hi I am new be here, and have problem needs help. Below is the details.

1. Clean installed LMS Version: 8.2.0 - 1627922070, LMS started as expected;
2. But cannot open Control Panel, after attached screen, nothing happened;



3. Web Control works well;

4. Checked server.log, then have this. Looks like internet connection issue, but I can onpen https://github.com/LMS-Community/lms-plugin-repository/ through IE;

Anybody can help on this? Very appreciated.
